Malario Manga was one tyrannical president of a forgotten third world country. Little was known about him before he obtained vast amounts of wealth and rose to power, becoming the rich Overlord of Scar City.
Guy Hero has openly expressed his hatred towards Manga as explicitly stated his refusal to vote for him. Manga, however, was unfazed by Hero's remarks as he rigs elections in order to keep himself in power.
