Master Kush Spice is Guy Hero's mentor turned nemesis. Master Kush trained Guy Hero in the ways of karate and badassery while secretly spear heading the drug trade in Scar City. Guy Hero turned his back on his master after learning of his involvement in the trafficking of marijuana and CINN.

Master Kush Spice still continues his drug operation but has begun training a karate army, which he used to defend himself and his business.

It is believed Florida Man also trained under Master Kush Spice.
