Scar City is the main city in the Cox N' Crendor Universe, it is located on a small island off the coast of Florida.
It also goes by the name: 'The Thunderdome of Heroes' due to it's large population of superheroes and villains.
Scar City is also well known for it's high quality (non-content) radio, the largest of which is SCR.
